Owner and pizza lover Eddie Fischer opened Eddie's Pizza on November 2nd 1994, with a vision of creating Nineveh's best pizza. Eddie grew up wanting to run his own restaurant.  Soon after graduating high school, Eddie began managing a McDonalds restaurant in Indianapolis. Wanting to work where he could express his own ideas and inventiveness Eddie bought his restaurant .Once word of his tasty signature pizzas got out, customers began to grow and grow. Eddie had to tear down a wall and expand his business into two adjoining rental units to accomodate the growing demand for his tasty pizza. Still growing in 2006 Eddie purchased the building across from his existing Pizza Parlor and moved into it. Eddie's Pizza now offers dine in and also added Ice Cream to the Menu. Eddie is greatful and thankful for all the wonderful people in Nineveh, Indiana.
